Italian Investors Look For Turkish Partners

Turkish and Italian businessmen gathered in a meeting held in Turkish commercial hub of Istanbul by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Turkey in collaboration with Milan and Modena Chambers of Commerce.

Representatives from 12 Italian companies discussed cooperation opportunities with Turkish businessmen in areas such as automotive, agriculture, industrial products, dairy and dairy products, ceramics, medical equipment and construction.

Fatih Aycin, the Secretary General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Turkey, said that Italian companies wanted to learn about Turkish market, sell their products and establish partnerships.

Recalling that the bilateral trade volume between the two countries was 11.5 billion USD last year, Aycin forecast this year's volume around 13.5 bn USD.
