Arinc, NGO heads discuss Kurdish problem

Arinc: 'The naming of this problem is to recognize the conditions of the Turkish citizens of Kurdish origins who suffer economically and culturally for various reasons. I call on all to grant respect and dignity to the peoples and traditions that belong to these lands and to reject violence'

Arinc: 'More democracy and more freedom is needed to resolve the Kurdish problem. I stress that there aren't many obstacles in the way of a real solution. Boldness is needed for peace, freedom and democratization. We need to move past our fears'

Arinc: 'Those who want the problem solved should declare that they condemn terrorism, that terrorist organization and violence'
