True Path Party (DYP) leader Mehmet Agar urged Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to bring the headscarf issue to Parliament, and proposed the French model, which bans headscarves from secondary education institutions but not from universities, as a solution to Turkey's problems.
