Turkey’s negotiations with the EU will last for more than 10 years, said the Vice President of the European Commission Franko Frattini, announced the Turkish TV channel CNN Turk, citing Italian media. Frattini has added that negotiations are to start in October and none of the present Governments will be ruling at the time of their end.
