Turkey stage of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline project completed

One of the world's biggest projects, Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline project's Turkey stage had been completed. The project which intends to carry the Caspian Sea oil to world market through Turkey, has been expected to draw income of $300 million.

The project, which will export 50 million tons of oil and will convert Ceyhan into a city like Rotterdam of the Netherlands, reached Ceyhan crossing over a way of 1076 kilometers through Turkey. An investment breakthrough had started in the villages on the way of the pipeline.
