EU starts "sweeping control" of "science and research" in Turkey

The "sweeping control process" begins officially today in Turkey's EU accession talks, with "Science and Research" being the first topics of discussion. A large delegation from Turkey's Science and Research Organization (TUBITAK) will be participating in this more general stage of talks, which will be followed by a "detailed sweeping control" scheduled to start on November 14.
