India and Turkey are in the process of finalising plans to set up a refinery on 50:50 ownership basis.
The refinery will be set up with Indian expertise in Turkey, a senior Turkeish official said on Thursday.
"We are planning to sign a MoU with India in December for setting up a refinery worth producing 1,20,9000 barrels of oil per day in Turkey," he said.
