Turkey not to Amend the 301st Article Orhan Pamuk is Accused of

Turkish Justice Minister Cemil Cicek said on Tuesday that they have not urgent intention to amend 301st article of Turkish Penal Code, which was the basis for the court action opening against Orhan Pamuk.

The amendment of the articles of the penal code, the minister said, would undermine the judicial stability.
