Circles close to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) have told it is difficult to try France over its invasion of Hatay even though a petition presented by two Turkish teachers, Osman Ozay and Yavuz Menderes, has been accepted in principle.
Whether or not the case is accepted will be determined in the upcoming months.
