€4 million fund was normally scheduled to be released in 2007 but, the EU has decided to allow Turkey to use the fund in 2006 due to the recent bird flu outbreak.
European Union (EU) Commissioner for Health and Consumer Protection Markos Kyprianou told a pres conference on Friday that the studies on the €4 million fund were underway.
